We will also provide them with any pertinent information relating to the property to help ensure their transition is as smooth as possible. It’s an important step to ensure everything is in order before the sale is finalized.

A few days before closing, we’ll meet with the escrow officer’s notary to review and sign all the final documents. We’ll carefully go over each one to make sure everything is in perfect order. Plus, during this meeting, you’ll provide your banking information to receive the proceeds from the sale—bringing you one step closer to closing this exciting chapter!

closing day

It’s here—the finish line! On closing day, the transaction is officially recorded with the county, making the sale complete. I’ll stay in close contact to confirm the exact time of recording. Once that happens, you’re all done! If the buyers are taking possession the same day, I’ll help coordinate key handoff and tie up any final details. This is the exciting part—you’ve successfully closed, and it’s time to celebrate what’s next!
